How does reading work— do I read full books or chapters?
Readers can choose between free books, book pass, subscription or premium. Depending on the option you chose you can get the full book.
How does the chapter release work?
We publish one chapter daily. Log in daily to continue your journey!
Can I read ahead?
Yes! Subscribe for early access to chapters:
1 Week: Get chapters 1 week early,
2 Weeks: Get chapters 2 weeks early,
4 Weeks: Get chapters 4 weeks early
Subscription ends after chosen period.
Is Soul Print free to use?
Yes! readers can access free chapters or books.
Can I interact with stories or other readers in the app?
Yes. The platform supports community interaction such as comments and likes, and readers can also see author announcements.
How do I access subscriber only stories or features?
Soul Print Stories allows readers to unlock exclusive subscriber stories and features, depending on the package deal you chose.
What's a Book Pass?
It is a package deal where you get access to the entire book. Binge read at your own pace.

Can I download the app on my device?
Soul Print is currently only available to download for android users, none android users can access the app online. Android users can download the app on ApkPure.
What payment options are available on Soul Print?
Our subscription prices are:
1 Week Subscription — R20 — 7 days of subscriber access.
2 Weeks Subscription — R50 — 14 days of subscriber access.
4 Weeks Subscription — R80 — 30 days of subscriber access.
How much does Book Pass cost?
Book Pass costs R100.
How long does Book Pass last?
Book Pass lasts for 45 days from the time it is set live.
How much does Premium cost?
Premium costs R200 at the standard price.
How long does Premium last?
Premium lasts for 90 days from the time it is set live.
Do Book Pass and Premium books remain available after my access expires?
Yes. When the Book Pass or Premium access period expires, your purchased Book Pass and Premium books and benefits will not be locked again or removed from your account.
What happens when my Book Pass expires?
When your Book Pass access expires, the Book Pass books you already received remain permanently unlocked on your account.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
No. Subscriptions, Book Pass, and Premium are one-time purchases. They do not automatically renew when they expire.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When a Subscription expires, your subscriber access ends. Subscriber-only content will become unavailable until you purchase another subscription.
What happens when my Premium expires?
The Premium books and benefits you already received remain permanently unlocked on your account.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Available payment methods will be shown when you proceed to checkout.
Will my access be activated immediately after payment?
Your payment must first be verified. Once your payment has been verified and activated, your purchased books and applicable benefits will become available on your Soul Print account.
Can I purchase a plan while I already have access?
Yes. You can purchase another plan while you have an active subscription, Book Pass, or Premium access, subject to Soul Print's current rules.
Can the prices change?
The prices listed above are the standard prices. Soul Print may occasionally offer discounts or special promotions, so a promotional price may be different from the standard price.
What if I paid but my book is still locked?
If the problem continues after your payment has been verified, contact Soul Print support for assistance.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you can try again using an available payment method. If money was deducted but your purchase was not activated, keep your payment reference and contact Soul Print support.
What if I was charged but my purchase is still locked?
Do not make another payment immediately. Keep your Paystack transaction reference and submit it through the payment verification process or contact Soul Print support.
Does Soul Print offer discounts?
Yes. Soul Print may occasionally offer discounts, special offers, promotional prices or limited-time deals on Subscriptions, Book Pass or Premium.
When a discount is available, the promotional price will be shown before you complete your purchase.
How will I know when there is a discount or special offer?
Special offers may be displayed on Soul Print through promotional banners, notifications or other announcements. Follow Soul Print's updates so you don't miss limited-time offers.
Can a discount expire?
Yes. Some discounts and promotional offers may only be available for a limited period. Once the promotion ends, the standard price may apply again.
